What is the Clam Room?
The Clam Room is your vault — a collection of self-guided tools, affirmations, gentle journaling prompts, and resources. Think of it like a quiet shelf you can browse at your own pace. Nothing is locked behind a schedule. Use what helps.
What are the Colors of Calm™?
Colors of Calm is a simple system to help you match what you do to how you actually feel. Each color represents a different energy state — from Red (rest and safety only) to Green (a little more capacity today). You'll see colors referenced throughout the vault. There's no wrong color to be in.
Do I need to follow a schedule or keep up?
No. Nothing here requires consistency, catching up, or showing up at a certain time. Everything is self-guided and optional. You can use one thing once and never come back — or visit every day. Both are perfectly fine.
What if I'm having a really hard day?
Then this vault is still for you. On hard days, you might just read one affirmation. Or close the page entirely. That counts. "I am allowed to stop before it's too much."
Is there coaching available?
Yes — Adele offers async (written) coaching called a Capacity Conversation. No calls. No scheduling pressure. You write when you can, and Adele responds with personalized support. It's available inside the Clam Room whenever you're ready. No pressure.
